Bem-vindo(a) ao "e-consular", o sistema eletrônico de solicitação de serviços consulares da Embaixada do Brasil em Nairóbi (jurisdição: Quênia, Burundi, Ruanda, Somália e Uganda). Antes de dar início à solicitação, leia com atenção todas as informações constantes em nossa página na "internet" sobre o serviço que pretende solicitar.

Caso seja seu primeiro acesso, clique em "cadastre-se para criar uma nova conta" e siga as instruções. Atenção: a senha que será enviada ao seu "e-mail" só deve ser utilizada para acessar o sistema pela primeira vez e não deve ser confundida com a senha pessoal de acesso que você criará e utilizará sempre que acessar o sistema.

Após o "login", clique em "meus serviços consulares" e, na tela seguinte, em "novo serviço" para escolher, da lista de serviços que serão apresentados, o serviço que deseja solicitar.

O "e-consular" não disponibiliza imediatamente datas para agendamento. Antes de ter acesso a dias e horários para agendar sua visita, é necessário enviar pelo sistema a documentação (fazer o "upload" das imagens) para cada serviço, quando solicitado. Somente após conferência e validação da documentação, o usuário receberá por "e-mail", opções de dias e horários para agendar sua vinda à Embaixada. No dia do atendimento, traga os documentos originais, cujas imagens foram enviadas por meio do sistema do e-consular.

Welcome to "e-consular", the electronic system for scheduling consular services at the Embassy of Brazil in Nairobi (jurisdiction: Kenya, Burundi, Rwanda, Somalia, and Uganda). Before starting your request, please read and pay attention to all the information on our website about the service you would like to request.

If this is your first access, click on "register a new account" and follow the onscreen instructions. Be alert: The password that will be sent to your e-mail must only be utilized to access the system for the first time and must not be confused with the password that you will create for further access to the system.

After logging in, click on "my consular services" and, on the next screen, on "new service" to choose, among the list of services presented, the service you wish to request.

The "e-consular" system does not provide right away dates for scheduling appointments. Before having access to scheduling options for your visit, you must send through the system the necessary documentation (by uploading images) for each service when you are requested to do so. Only after checking and validation of the documents presented will the user receive, by e-mail, the options for dates and times for scheduling an appointment at the Embassy. On the day of the appointment, please bring all original documents that were uploaded through the "e-consular" system.
